You will be responsible for managing the reservation system, optimising table allocation and guest flow, and working closely with senior management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service throughout each shift. You will recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the reception team, setting high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Calm under pressure and highly organised, you will proactively handle guest requests, resolve issues with confidence, and consistently elevate the overall guest journey. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will represent Los Mochis’ values of authenticity, excellence, and genuine hospitality.
