We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a well-established social housing contractor covering Newcastle and Gateshead.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy social housing contract, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works within void properties.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and repair of subfloors and floor joists
Bathroom fitting and refurbishment works
Kitchen installation and repairs
General joinery maintenance and refurbishment within void properties
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working within social housing, voids, repairs, or refurbishment projects
Own tools required
Own van required
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
