Power On, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Finance Assistant (Part Time 24hrs Per Week) who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”. Purpose of this role Processing Daily Financial transactions. This position is 3 days per week (24hrs) Your Key Responsibilities Are Process ledger transactions to ensure they are met with group reporting deadlines. Ensure compliance with payment requests/receipts. Help and support with Ledger queries. Help and support with the reconciliation of statements. Action daily business financial transactions. Action requests from the shared inboxes. Complete monthly reporting. Adhere to the delegation of authority. Adhere to SOX controls. Ensure compliance with the business financial process. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as may be required by the Finance Managers. Provide quality service standards to internal and external suppliers and customers. Manage office telephone calls. Provide general finance office support. Qualifications GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent. Experience/Knowledge Finance/Administration experience. Abilities/Skills Good level of numeric skills. Good level of English literature and language skills. Attention to detail, with strong written and communication skills. A positive, friendly, and pro-active attitude. Ability to work well as part of a dynamic team. Desirable Qualified by experience. Experience working with AX Dynamics. Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent. What Can You Expect From Us Cost of living annual pay review.
