Salary: £26,500–£27,000 + uncapped commission | OTE: £32,000
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | Hybrid after probation (4 days office, 1 day WFH)
What you’ll be doing:

Manage and follow up warm leads using CRM and ERS systems.

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions across a wide range of products, including labels, printers, handheld devices, and technical solutions.

Spot opportunities to upsell and provide the best margin solutions.
*
Deliver excellent customer experience and manage your own calendar.
*
Be proactive and driven – this role rewards initiative with uncapped commission.
Who we’re looking for:

Sales backgrounds with strong commercial focus – personality and drive are key.
*
Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
Willingness to get hands-on in the ICE Centre for training.
*
Based near Newark, Lincoln, Mansfield, or surrounding areas.
