As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our
Civil and Structural Engineering team
. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Coordinating structural design information with various technical disciplines, including architecture and building services engineering Setting and implementing structural design strategies while monitoring sustainability and low carbon targets Conducting site visits, surveys, and inspections, representing the structural engineering team at project meetings Mentoring junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of professional development Assisting in obtaining necessary consents for structural designs through Building Control processes What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you: Hold a professional qualification (BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng) in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering, and are a Chartered Engineer (CEng) or a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers or Institution of Civil Engineers Have a solid understanding of structural steelwork and reinforced concrete design, with experience in applying CDM regulations and UK construction techniques Possess a full driving license for site visits Rewards and Benefits
