What you’ll be doing as a Sales Administrator:
You will play an integral role in the operational flow of the sales process. Working closely with their Account Managers and Logistics teams, you will ensure all data, customer information, and order details are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
Accurately process and maintain orders, pricing data, and customer account information within internal systems.
Verify and reconcile data to ensure consistency between sales, logistics and back-office systems.
Support Account Managers by ensuring up-to-date sales and customer data to assist decision-making.
Coordinate with transport team to ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed accurately.
Assist with delivery schedules, monitoring stock levels (where applicable) and invoice accuracy.
Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure data integrity at all times.
What we’re looking for in a Sales Administrator:
You will have strong numerical and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business setting. Experience in a sales support, logistics administration, or data entry environment would be advantageous.
Personal skill set requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and reports.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Competent in using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and confident in adapting to company/industry-specific CRM & sales software.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop within a commercially focused environment.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, based in the office.
