Audit Role
Internal Audit plays a key role in helping the organization succeed. Through a combination of risk assurance and consulting, auditors provide insights on how well systems and processes are designed. Analysts in Internal Audit receive targeted on-the-job training to build knowledge, expertise, and soft skills. The role involves collaborating with experienced audit professionals to learn how auditors mitigate risk and add value.
Projects and Responsibilities
* Participate in process mapping and flowcharting
* Identify process gaps through analysis
* Test bank controls for effectiveness
* Discover and translate data anomalies into insights
Program Details
Through projects across specific lines of business, participants gain a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise and exposure to senior leadership. You will work on high-priority initiatives and receive mentorship from peers, with potential opportunities for high-impact roles across functions upon successful program completion.
Program Eligibility
* Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business and/or technology majors
* Graduating in December 2025 or July 2026
* Minimum 2:2 Degree Classification
* Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (in the country where applying)
