SCOTT Medical is seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a technical background or an engineer with 1-5 years experience who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction and working independently and as part of a team, on the road and within our workshop.
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a range of medical equipment across various customer sites. The position is based at our Lisburn office but requires regular travel throughout Ireland and the UK. Applicant must be based within NI.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, service, and repair a wide range medical equipment on locations
* Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions
* Document service visits and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with the office team to coordinate site visits and service reports
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support and communication
Requirements
* HNC, HND, or Degree in either Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland and the UK
