EA to People Director and Finance Director

Location: Dartford, Kent
Role based 5 days per week in the office
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, experienced candidate based in Dartford to come in and support the People Director & Finance Director. The business is family owned and run therefore the company values are well instilled and the company is run genuinely.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Provide efficient & effective PA support to the People Director and Finance Director and co-ordinate day to day activities with their teams and key stakeholders. Including but not limited to:
\t
* Provide efficient support in managing complex diary management and diary changes effectively, prioritising meetings where necessary. Diaries to be managed strategically and with applied logic to ensure maximum use of available time and to ensure adequate down time is available for rest and recovery to maximise capacity.

* Screen and prioritise incoming communications (emails, calls, mail)
\t
* Arrange and prepare for meetings - in person & on Teams.
\t
* Coordinate People function all hands meeting.
\t
* Communicate professionally with external key stakeholders and liaise effectively with internal teams in all areas of our business, building strong collaborative relationships and a wide network of support.
\t
* Manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
\t
* Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for the above as required.
\t
* Expenses management: complete and submit expenses as required. Approve team’s expense, DTA & Mobility claims by proxy where required.
We are looking for a candidate that has experience supporting at a similar level – board experience is essential as the Finance Director is new to the business and will need assistance with understanding how the internal processes are run. We are looking for a candidate that can be warm, friendly but also assertive. High attention to detail and the ability to balance ever changing priorities is paramount. The incoming candidate will be privy to sensitive data so confidentiality is key!
Professional services experience desired with a maximum of 1 month notice period.
