We’re looking for a proactive and data driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our George team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading retailer across both fashion and home categories, helping to drive growth through best in class performance marketing.
You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliates, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business priorities.
This role sits at the heart of a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll work closely with our Brand, Creative, and Ecommerce teams, as well as our external media agency, to bring campaigns to life and support the ongoing development of our performance marketing strategy.
You will:
* Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels to deliver against performance KPIs.
* Manage day to day campaign delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Collaborate with the media agency to support strategic planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Ecommerce) to ensure campaigns are aligned with trading priorities, product launches, and creative direction.
* Monitor performance daily, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
* Support the creation of campaign briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec.
* Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Stay up to date with platform developments, competitor activity, and emerging performance marketing trends.

* Experience working in a performance marketing role, either inhouse or agency side.
* Hands on knowledge of paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear actions.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Confident communicator who enjoys working cross functionally.
* Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to test, learn, and optimise.
