Job Description
Business Development plays a critical role in driving the sustainable growth of our organization. As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value business opportunities that are not currently managed within Accor into profitable partnerships. You will work closely with a broad internal ecosystem—including Sales, Operations, and Hotels—to unlock and capture strategic B2B revenue streams. This role requires both a strong commercial mindset and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a regional business development growth strategy with the support of the Business Development Director; identify opportunities in target markets for Accor organization’s products and services. Elevate tools and support at disposal to craft the best go-to-market strategy with key profitable prospects.
* Generate leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows. Leverage also the strong network within Accor to develop a strong pipeline. Assess client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs.
* Develop and nurture relationships with customers, prospects or clients that are already in the development phase; move people from the top of the sales funnel to the goal of being a signed customer.
* Implement productive partnerships with local private and public actors; develop a common business strategy to attract important leads in the region.
* Prepare status reports on goals; use customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions.
* Keep up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.
Qualifications
* University degree.
* 3+ years of sales experience in hotel industry or related field.
* Outgoing person, interested in sales strategy.
* Love to work with people and able to accept rejection with grace.
* Proven history of overachieving results in a large, high-growth company is a plus.
