The Opportunity
A rewarding opportunity to manage a busy catering operation at an activity centre for young children and adults.
The Role
Oversee the dining room during breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring smooth operation and high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Lead and support a team of catering assistants, capture guest feedback, and respond to enquiries and complaints. Liaise daily with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal times. The position requires working five days a week (42 hours per week).
Qualifications
* Enhanced DBS check required.
* Management qualifications and proven experience coaching and mentoring a team.
* Experience managing large teams in a high‑volume dining or catering environment.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in a MOD, contract catering, large event, wedding venue, busy pub chain or similar setting is preferred.
