About the RoleAs our Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager and wider team to maintain smooth ledger processes while supporting our mission to provide safe, affordable housing across Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process high volumes of purchase invoices with precision and care
2. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
3. Manage payment runs and maintain accurate records
4. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
5. Support month-end reporting and audit preparation
