About the Role
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), ideal for someone seeking meaningful work within a supportive and dynamic educational environment. You’ll be working with children and young people aged 2–19 with a range of learning needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex medical needs, and communication challenges.
You will:
* Support students with their learning and personal development
* Assist with personal care routines when required
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
* Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in working within education, support work, or personal care settings
* Patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting pupils with complex needs
* Comfortable with hands-on, practical support including personal care
* Committed to promoting independence and positive outcomes for all learners
