Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid; with travel expected to Logiq’s offices in Bristol, Chippenham or Exeter.
Salary: £30k, plus car allowance, plus up to 10% performance bonus*, plus excellent benefits package.
Logiq is a fast-growing Technology Company, providing cutting-edge solutions to high-risk clients across Private and Public Sector. Due to rapid growth in our Project, Programme and Portfolio (P3M) Practice, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.
What is P3M?
Our Project, Programme and Portfolio Practice (P3M) is the backbone of effective delivery. It ensures that initiatives are aligned to strategy, governed effectively, and executed efficiently to deliver real value to our clients. Our P3M team brings clarity, structure, and control to complex projects and programmes, predominantly within the public sector. Within our P3M Practice, we have a developing Project Management Office (PMO), that this role will join to help to expand and grow.
Our PMO will play a central role in enabling the successful delivery of our project management consultancy services. It is responsible for defining and maintaining the standards, frameworks, and tools that underpin how we deliver projects for our clients.
The PMO will establish clear governance to ensure consistency, quality, and accountability across all engagements. By implementing robust processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms, the PMO will reduce ambiguity and strengthen delivery discipline across the organisation.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery and governance of projects across our organisation. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in project management or PMO.
You will play a key role in maintaining project management standards, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and supporting effective project oversight. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will help drive consistency, transparency and operational discipline across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and maintenance of project management standards, frameworks, and best practices
* Ensure projects adhere to established governance processes and compliance requirements
* Assist with project oversight by tracking progress, monitoring performance metrics, compiling reporting on Delivery Health
* Support resource planning by helping assess project demand and available capacity across the pipeline
* Provide day-to-day project administration, including:
* Coordinating project kick-off meetings and close downs
* Setting up and maintaining project spaces (e.g. SharePoint)
* Supporting documentation and reporting
* Monitoring and chasing timesheet submissions
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information
* Help promote consistency and continuous improvement in project delivery practices
What We’re Looking for:
Essential
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow and enforce processes with confidence
* Good communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
* Basic understanding or awareness of project management principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Desirable
* Exposure to project management environments or PMO functions
* A project management qualification (PRINCEII, etc)
* Experience of following governance frameworks
* Experience with resource planning
