We are partnering with a high-growth international technology company seeking an exceptional Corporate Legal Counsel to join its award-winning global legal team in London. The team is collaborative, forward-thinking, and supports all areas of the business worldwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Counsel looking to broaden their experience in a ambitious business with an extremely high performing legal team.
The Role:
Working closely with the Head of Legal and General Counsel, you’ll handle a diverse, global workload, including:
* Negotiating client and vendor contracts.
* Supporting client services and compliance teams on legal and regulatory matters.
* Drafting internal policies to manage risk.
* Delivering legal and compliance training.
* Overseeing corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
* Advising on corporate/commercial, IP, data privacy, technology, and regulatory issues.
Requirements:
* Qualified corporate lawyer from a top-tier law firm.
* 3–4 years PQE with solid experience in corporate/commercial matters.
