As a Team Leader – Broker Sales Support, you will lead, support, and develop our Broker Sales Support team, ensuring outstanding service delivery to our broker partners while maximising sales opportunities, compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do day to day
* Lead, coach, and support the Broker Sales Support team, balancing workflow to meet SLAs and performance targets while promoting a professional, customer‑focused culture.
* Remain hands‑on with day‑to‑day quoting and selling, personally managing broker sales opportunities, supporting renewals activity, and promoting stock campaigns to drive revenue and retention.
* Ensure the delivery of accurate, competitive, and compliant quotations, renewals, and documentation, acting as the escalation point for brokers and team members when required.
* Build and maintain strong broker relationships, supporting consistent service quality and sustainable sales growth.
* Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, development conversations, and oversee onboarding and training to ensure team capability across funder platforms and internal systems.
* Maintain full compliance with FCA, GDPR, brand, and company standards through regular quality checks, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement.
* Provide KPI reporting and performance insights to the Fleet Sales Manager, identifying efficiencies and implementing process enhancements where needed.

* Sales experience (automotive experience preferred)
* Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
* Strong experience of working with multiple IT systems
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Confident, professional, and commercially minded approach
