Key Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator * Dealing with incoming telephone and emailed customer service enquiries and responding in a timely manner. * Processing incoming ecommerce orders from the website, liaising with our warehouse, courier and suppliers, you will be required to keep customers informed of any stock or delivery issues. * Raising purchase orders to suppliers for any non-stock items or direct deliveries. Experience for Sales Coordinator * A good telephone manner, organised nature and ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers. * Competent IT skills are essential, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. * Experience using Sage 200 is preferred but not essential. * Training will be provided in all aspects of the role, including products, systems and software.
