Contacting customers / suppliers about orders
Booking in deliveries onto the system
Ordering stock through supplier ordering systems
Other general admin tasks
We are looking for someone with:
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office programs
Must be able to type
Communicate effectively over the phone
Able to manage various tasks
Role is full time office based working within a small but very friendly team
