Customer Service Administrator (12 Month FTC)

About The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator within our Consumer White Label – Customer Services department, you'll be the friendly and reliable first point of contact for our valued drivers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Your role will be essential in providing exceptional service and helping our customers navigate through the life of their agreements. You will be:

* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, making sure we're easy to do business with.
* Delivering clear and concise information to ensure our customers get the right solution the first time, every time.
* Maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and feedback are seamless.
* Handling phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment, working towards achieving over 55 tasks daily.
* Managing multiple systems and ensuring your queues stay up to date.
* Helping your team thrive by staying organized and supporting others with high volumes of tasks.

Agile at Zenith

* Our agile working model gives you the flexibility to balance home and office life. Typically, our customer service colleagues will be required to spend 3 days a week in the office.

* Comfortable using multiple systems and navigating bespoke software with ease.
* A multi-tasking pro, juggling administrative duties while maintaining a high level of focus and quality.
* A natural communicator, able to write clear, concise, and friendly emails, while remaining brief but informative.
* Always striving to be accurate and concise, whether you're assisting a customer or updating an internal database.
