Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). Based in the North West region (Knowsley), this full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek with a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational support over the phone and face-to-face for the IT Service Desk.
* Record all incidents on the Service Desk Management Tool and ensure they are resolved.
* Identify, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, and manage incidents and service requests effectively.
* Take ownership of incidents and requests until resolution.
* Escalate unresolved incidents and requests to relevant teams and manage them proactively.
* Provide 1st & 2nd line support, troubleshooting IT-related problems with software and hardware.
* Identify opportunities for improving workflows.
Candidate Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in a service desk or desktop support environment (mandatory).
* ITIL V3/V4 qualification, MCP, or equivalent (desirable).
* Knowledge of Windows 11, Android, iOS, MS Office, networking protocols, and peripherals.
* Experience supporting PCs in a multi-site environment.
* Experience with Service Desk logging systems and busy IT Service Desk environments.
