Seven Resourcing are currently looking for Support Coordinators to work in a temporary accommodation service in Cheltenham. The services comprises of 44 bed spaces across Cheltenham and Gloucester. The service operates 24 hours a day with support staff in site 08:00 – 20:00 and a concierge service from 20:00 – 8:00.
The service provides accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 24. the accommodation is for young people who are single and between the ages of 16 and 24 or are single parents between 16 and 24 with child/children living with them.

Rate:
* Standard rate: £11.51 per hour.
* Bank Holiday Rate: £23.02 per hour.
Hours:
* Day time (support) shifts are usually 8 hours per day, between the hours of 07:45 – 20:15. For example, an early shift is 07:45 – 15.45 and a late shift is 12:15 – 20:15.
* There is the flexibility to work longer shifts over weekends and at night.
* Night (concierge) shifts are usually 12 hours, between 20:00 and 08:00. These are predominantly lone working.
Experience:
* Must have worked in a similar role before.
* Housing related support.
* Experience with complex and high level support cases.
