I’m working with a well-regarded employee owned firm who are looking to add an Employment Solicitor to their Leeds office. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at NQ–3 years PQE who wants to build on their experience in employment law, particularly on the claimant side. You’ll join a genuinely supportive team where you’ll work closely with an experienced Partner, handling a broad mix of employment work and advising on settlement agreements. What you’ll be doing Managing your own caseload of employment matters under supervision Handling files from initial instruction all the way through to completion Supporting the wider Employment team with ongoing matters Advising clients clearly and confidently on settlement agreements Preparing documentation, billing files, and ensuring compliance with procedures Providing friendly, professional client service at every stage What they’re looking for An Employment Solicitor NQ–3 PQE At least 6 months’ experience within employment work A good understanding of the employment tribunal process Someone organised, methodical and able to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and face-to-face Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear, client-friendly way Confident IT skills and a proactive, can-do attitude Why this role?
