A day in the life of…
As Food & Beverage Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Food & Beverage operations in the hotel, including delivering buffet breakfast, creating new menus using branded templates, and maintaining allergen information accuracy. You will also manage liquor orders and stock control according to company guidelines. Acting as Manager on Duty, you will ensure smooth shift operations and team management. Maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction while fostering a positive working environment is essential.
This role is based at Hampton by Hilton Sheffield, where you'll be part of a passionate team that values quality over long hours.
