As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, youll play a vital role in keeping our production sites running safely and efficiently. Youll work with a wide range of modern food manufacturing equipment, carrying out planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and improving reliability across our lines. Every day brings a different challenge, and your expertise will help ensure food is produced safely, on time, and to the highest standards. 4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm and 6pm and 6am Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
Diagnose faults and complete first-time fixes to reduce downtime.
Work with both mechanical and electrical systems across automated production lines.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and food safety at all times.
Record work clearly using site systems and follow engineering processes.
Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas that improve reliability and performance.
Work closely with production and engineering colleagues across shifts.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues in line with site procedures.
