Position Overview
Lead a community‑based fashion store team to deliver excellent customer experience and maximise sales across physical and digital channels. The Store Manager will be accountable for store performance, achieving targets and maintaining the highest retail standards while supporting the British Heart Foundation’s mission.
Responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and compliance with BHF values.
• Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, online promotions, and in‑store events.
• Lead, motivate and develop an inclusive and diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Monitor budgets and P&L, making proactive decisions to meet business goals.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced schedule, with full flexibility over 7 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing retail, hospitality or service role.
* Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
* Commercial awareness and ability to achieve sales targets.
* Strong retail standards and proactive problem‑solving skills.
* Understanding of budgets and P&L.
* Thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
