Administrative Assistant – PCP Co-ordinator Trinity Fields is a special school for pupils aged between 3 and 19 years, with severe and complex needs. The school provides highly specialist provision on the main school site in Ystrad Mynach, as well as in its 8 satellite classes that are based in mainstream schools. We serve the County Borough of Caerphilly as well as having some pupils from neighbouring authorities. Trinity Fields is highly regarded by parents/carers and professionals alike. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Person-Centred Planning (PCP) processes Support classteachers and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with administrative tasks related to pupil planning and reviews Coordinate and schedule pupils’ annual PCP review meetings Prepare and distribute meeting invitations and documentation Take accurate minutes during meetings and ensure timely distribution to all relevant parties Liaise effectively with a range of professionals What We’re Looking For: A friendly, reliable, and flexible individual with a positive attitude Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player who is eager to make a positive impact in our school community The post is offered on a term time only - 41 weeks, permanent basis, 37 hours per week,.
