Our client a Fast growing on-line fashion brand are seeking a hands-on, proactive E-commerce & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of their e-commerce business. You will be central to the smooth operation of our website, handling essential tech and admin tasks, maintaining key external relationships, supporting customer service (primarily online), and contributing to ongoing sales/marketing initiatives. This is an evolving role offering visible impact and substantial autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Website Admin (Shopify)
? Regularly update and maintain the online store (listing new products, refreshing homepages, implementing updates/fixes).
? Troubleshoot and resolve issues with third-party Shopify apps (liaising via live chat/email as required).
? Assist with the integration of marketing assets/content.
? Ensure overall site functionality and user experience.
? Come up with ideas to help lead and direct the website
TikTok Shop Admin:
? Manage product listings and ongoing admin/upkeep (including regular responses to TikTok emails, product violations, and review management).
? Monitor basic TikTok analytics & coordinate with team on affiliate and livestream performance.
? Be main point of contact for resolving platform issues with TikTok/agency partners.
? Come up with fresh perspectives on how best to grow our tiktok
Customer Service:
? Handle online order, return and review queries (mainly via the website and TikTok shop).
? Monitor and proactively respond to negative product reviews, offering resolutions (refunds, replacements, etc).
? Address TikTok product violationsact quickly to resolve, liaising with TikTok/agency where needed.
IT & Internal Support:
? Provide first line IT support (basic troubleshooting for office tech/applications).
? Act as the person everyone turns to for day-to-day problems (website, tech, admin).
Sales & Marketing Coordination:
? Support on email and IM marketing (upload & schedule creatives produced by marketing team).
? Maintain good working relationships with service providers (email/SMS, IM, Meta/Google Ads).
Operations/General:
? Occasionally assist with warehouse/stock tasks (helping with deliveries, moving boxes up to 20kg, etc).
? Be flexible to help where necessary in a small, fast-changing business.
Must Have:
? Strong IT/computer literacycomfortable independently picking up new apps and problem-solving basic tech/admin tasks.
? A placement year/previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital/website admin, ideally with exposure to Shopify or similar platforms.
? Proactive, self-managing problem solver able to use initiativedoesnt wait to be told what to do.
? Interest in business, digital marketing, and/or fashion/retail sectors.
? Reliable, mature, and able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision.
? Good communication and relationship-building skills (internal team and external suppliers).
? Willingness to occasionally help with physical/warehouse tasks.
? Must be able to drive.
Desirable:
? Recent graduate or early careers.
? Some experience or genuine interest in TikTok (willingness to learn the admin side).
? Entrepreneurial mindset, wants responsibility and opportunity to shape processes.
? Previous use of Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce systems.
? Any fashion/retail exposure is a plus (not essential).
