Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Reception Supervisor, based just on the outskirts of Glasgow. The Reception Supervisor will oversee daily reception operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient management of front desk activities. Responsibilities include supervising reception staff, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional reception environment. Additionally, the role involves training new team members, implementing operational procedures, and addressing any client or team concerns swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
* Exceptional Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members
* Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in hospitality or related industries is advantageous
* Proficiency in office management software and tools is desirable
