* Team Cheerleader: motivate staff, develop skills, and ensure staff appearance aligns with brand standards.
* Sales Sorcerer: drive guest loyalty, identify opportunities to increase sales, and provide reliable service advice.
* Admin Ninja: manage guest-facing products and equipment inventory; protect assets from loss and damage.
* Safety Superhero: uphold cleanliness, security, and environmental commitments; promote a safe work environment.
