Job Summary

Duties
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including Hydrafacial, peels, microneedling and other aesthetic services
* Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
* Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained
* Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
* Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
* Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations for ongoing beauty maintenance
Experience
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within a salon or spa environment
* Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour matching and blending
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
* Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and industry standards
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
