QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
7. 1 year's relevant experience in a similar role
8. Strong customer service and telephone skills
9. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
