Major Recruitment are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our clients dynamic team based in Cannock. This is a hands-on fabrication role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with a variety of materials and taking pride in delivering high-quality finished products. They are a growing, relaxed, and forward-thinking manufacturing business, delivering high-quality fabrication projects across a wide range of sectors. Your responsibilities will include: Welding and fabricating carbon steel, stainless steel, and mild steel. Working on a variety of projects including dry risers, skids, testing rigs, rooftop modules, corridor modules, horizontal & verticals, gantry supports, trapeze brackets, and bespoke frameworks. Cutting, pipework, and testing as part of fabrication processes. Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, start times from 6:30am onwards, negotiable to suit the right candidate. What We're Looking For: Experience in welding and fabrication - carbon steel, stainless steel, and mild steel. Apprentice-trained candidates preferred, but we welcome time-served or skilled/semi-skilled fabricators. Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to quality, detail, and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
