Duties of the Temporary Personal Assistant include:

 * Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
 * Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
 * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 * Assist in organising events, meetings, and conferences as required.
 * Monitor and manage office supplies and procurement.
 * Provide general administrative support to the team.
 * Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and correspondence.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Personal Assistant should have:
