About the role Please note this role is UK-based, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. The Growth Manager will add value to our growth activities by designing and executing D2C sales and marketing initiatives across UK and US markets. They will help build the strategy and execute the approach to find and acquire new customers through all D2C channels, from affiliates to print. Whilst focused on machine sales, the Growth Manager will need to work with the Digital and CRM team to ensure that the Fresh Press sales remain on track and we are acquiring customers that we are able to retain through the CRM programme, as well as feeding into the development of the proposition from a Growth perspective. This role requires a combination of both sales and marketing acumen in order to deliver our expansion growth agenda. Responsibilities: Deliver top line sales growth through new customer acquisition across the UK and US. Work with agencies to deliver sales initiatives, such as print ads, META, TV, affiliates Report on sales weekly in trading updates. Work collaboratively with a cross functional team Maximising company profit, negotiating for marketing rates and achieving annual sales targets. What about you? You will be a good fit if: Highly trend aware with a strong focus on brand and product. Have had responsibility for budgets and delivering on KPIs Strong commercial acumen within a D2C environment and insight. Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities. History of achieving D2C sales targets Experience of US marketing welcome A direct, analytical background, with the ability to calculate margins at each transactional level and how to impact these. Highly organised, deadline driven and exceptional planning and prioritisation capabilities. Advanced negotiation skills going beyond simple discussions on price and into the full marketing mix. A naturally inquisitive mindset to find solutions to problems and incremental opportunities on a day-to-day basis. Customer obsessed, with a strong understanding of D2C landscape.
