This fully remote role offers the chance to work closely with the Chief People Officer on strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence across areas like employee relations, performance management, and talent reviews while contributing to governance development and cross-functional project delivery. What You'll Do: Partner with senior leadership to deliver high-impact HR strategies and transformation projects. Lead cross-functional initiatives such as policy harmonisation and process redesigns. Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency across HR functions. Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases in the UK and EU. Guide managers through performance management cycles and talent reviews using tools like the 9-box grid. Support recruitment coordination, onboarding planning, people metrics analysis, and organisational reviews as needed. What You Bring: Proven experience in HR with strong project management skills and a track record of delivering strategic initiatives. Expertise in performance management cycles and governance frameworks within international settings. CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred; exposure to EU HR environments is advantageous.
