* Lead Complex Projects: Take ownership of unstructured, ambiguous initiatives with undefined outcomes, driving clarity, scalability, and measurable impact.
* Inspire Teams: Direct and motivate cross‑functional teams of subject matter experts to deliver transformative solutions that challenge the status quo.
* Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish technology collaborations and plug‑and‑play solutions for Category Management and beyond, creating integrated ecosystems.
* Accelerate Growth: Develop compelling go‑to‑market strategies for new verticals, leveraging Tesco capabilities to open new revenue streams and strengthen the sales pipeline.
* Scan the Market: Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scans to identify emerging retail service models, ensuring dunnhumby stays ahead of industry trends.
* Drive Innovation Process: Contribute to the design of a structured innovation framework with clear stages—ideation, prototype, pilot, and scale—to bring ideas to life quickly.
