We’re seeking someone with 1-2 years of experience in a creative agency environment, supporting event management execution.
You’ll oversee key aspects of smaller-scale events for exciting brands and projects, while contributing to larger events and gaining valuable experience.
What you'll do:
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Lead smaller projects from start to finish—managing planning, budgeting, and post-event reviews.
* Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teams.
* Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure alignment with financial and sustainability goals.
* Calm the Chaos: Coordinate logistics for large-scale events, from A to Z.
* Design and Deliver: Create stunning registration sites that leave a lasting impression.
* Navigate the Globe: Manage travel, accommodations, and visas for international attendees.
* Build Relationships: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and vendors for seamless execution.
* Stay Organised: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
