Location: Chiswick/Clapham Role: As Electrical Project Manager, you will lead and deliver the electrical elements of commercial fit-out projects (shell & core, CAT A/B, occupied refurbishments) from tender stage through to completion. Working collaboratively with internal design, procurement, and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Lead the electrical scope (LV distribution, containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm, and data systems) across multiple fit-out schemes (£1M–£4M) concurrently. * Oversee the full project lifecycle: feasibility/tender support → design coordination → procurement → construction supervision → commissioning/handover. * Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans, ensuring clear visibility of deliverables. * Manage subcontractors and suppliers for electrical works: scope definition, appointment, performance monitoring, and quality control. * Interface with MEP design and mechanical teams to ensure integrated delivery and coordinate with other disciplines and main contractors/developers. * Provide regular progress reports (weekly or as required) to the Contracts Director, highlighting cost status, change control, and risk mitigation. * Ensure strict compliance with hea...
