Role: Registered Manager

Location: Rowan Court, Holmfirth

Salary: £42,840/pa

Benefits: 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays), Competitive Salary, Online Reward Gateway, EAP, pension, Free Parking, CPD/PDP support, and ongoing development opportunities.

Hours: Full-time (37hrs), across 5 days with flexibility to support the service needs

Ideally located for people living in Meltham, Honley, and Huddersfield, and with great public transport links, Rowan Court is a vibrant 15-bed residential service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The service is lively, vibrant, and welcoming, and the staff team are supportive and always happy to share their knowledge and experience to ensure our adults get the best possible care.

The well-established and highly skilled team are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join them on a full-time basis, to support them in providing high quality, person-centred support to the adults they care for.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

1. To provide day to day leadership and effectively manage the care home.
2. To manage and to be accountable for all aspects of a care home for adults with complex disabilities and associated learning, sensory and physical disabilities.
3. To effectively lead an integrated team of support and social care staff.
4. To ensure appropriate, personalised support is available to meet the needs of each adult in order to maximise their independence.
5. To deliver agreed plans to provide support services and manage staff availability and cover effectively.
6. To ensure the implementation of Trust policies, practices, and standards in the performance of duties including person centred support planning, equal opportunities, health and safety, GDPR and CQC, and other required legislation, guidance or standards.
