The McDermott Group, due to the recent win of a significant contract, is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Scotland.
Overview of the Role
* Holidays: 30 days. Additional days per year of service, maximum of 5. Buy back scheme of additional 5 days.

Responsibilities
* Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Support the Site Manager in coordinating the delivery of the programme.
* Accept responsibility for such duties and responsibilities as the Site Manager may determine; in particular, as and when required, deputize for the Site Manager.
* Support the Site Manager in ensuring that the on-site team is performing and identify any quality issues to the Site Manager.
* Be responsible for delivering excellent service in line with company guidelines.
* CSCS Card holder preferable.
* SSSTS holder preferable.
* Experience of working within established programs.
* Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
* Ability to prioritize tasks to meet changing business needs.
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 in Construction Management or a time-served tradesman with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades.
* Knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and the relevant legislative requirements e.g., Health and Safety Regulations.
* Good knowledge, understanding, and experience of dealing with all issues relating to Customer Service.
* Must have IDLR/Full Rights to work in the UK. Sponsorship will not be provided.
