About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team at our Coupar Angus site - a key part of our poultry business. You'll be responsible for leading all aspects of health, safety, and environmental performance across a complex, fast-paced operation employing around 1,000 colleagues. Working as part of the site's senior management team, you'll ensure compliance with legislation and group standards while building a proactive, people-focused safety culture. You'll also play a key role in shaping the site's future, helping prepare for the launch of a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the site HSE strategy in line with company standards and legislation Lead site audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions Oversee environmental performance and reporting (energy, water, waste, and emissions) Coordinate and deliver safety and environmental training across all levels Promote an engaging and motivational health and safety culture across the site Support major projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the site evolves Represent the business during visits and audits from external regulators and agencies About You You'll be a confident and technically capable HSE professional who combines process discipline with strong communication and leadership skills. You'll be hands-on, collaborative, and motivated to make a difference.
