Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and role, responsibilities may include:
Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Planning and delivering fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
Maintaining a safe, clean and nurturing environment
Carrying out observations and reporting on progress
Leading a team or room (for Room Leader positions), ensuring high standards of care and education
