Hawes & Curtis seeks a Full-Time Suit Specialist for their Bluewater store.
Hawes & Curtis was established by Mr Ralph Hawes and Mr Freddie Curtis in 1913 and has been making the finest shirts for distinguished customers and royalty, notably HRH Prince of Wales and Earl Mountbatten. Today, the brand is known for its innovation, quality and ambition for growth.
We now require a bright and talented Suit Specialist to join our team at our up-and-coming Bluewater store. Immediate start is preferred.
The Role:
* Reporting to the store manager, you will be part of a thriving team, leading and driving sales within the suit department to achieve store targets and KPI’s
* Advise customers in selecting the right suit based on various factors such as preferences and occasion.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our various suit styles and fabric types
* Provide guidance on customisation options
* Taking measurements and ensuring proper fit for all tailored and off-the-rack suits
* Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong rapport with valued customers
* Represent our brand and lead by example
The Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in menswear premium retail is desirable
* Minimum 1 year of experience in tailoring is essential
* Strong interest in fashion with a passion for formal wear
* Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details
* Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is desirable
* Interest in client interactions
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
