Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker on a 3 month temporary contract.
The start date is 17/11/2025. The hourly rate is £22.97 via an umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with rough sleepers and hold an enhanced DBS taken out.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Working in airs to provide night outreach to rough sleepers across London
2. Finding and assessing clients referred via the Streetlink platform
3. Engaging compassionately and assertively with rough sleepers to assess their needs
4. Using a client-centred, empathetic approach
Experience required:
5. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
6. Risk assessment and management skills
7. Compliance and due diligence
8. Ability to deal with people compassionately
9. Can remain calm under pressure
10. Experience supporting vulnerable people or groups
Working hours:
11. Mon – Fri
12. 20:00 – 04:00 night-time shifts
