Location: Secondary Schools across Oxfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Pay Rate: 115 - 145 a day, depending on experience

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll maintain a positive classroom environment, ensuring students stay on tasl and follow school policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons across a variety of subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
* Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive.
We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS check (Or be willing to complete one)
* Previous experience working with young people
* Subject specialism (e.g Geography degree, History, English etc)
