* Full or part time opportunity.
* Surgery space Monday to Friday.
* £15 per UDA or day rate of upto £500 per day based on a UDA target.
* Practice require an NHS Locum Dentist.
* 3 surgery mixed practice.
* Practice offers General Dentistry plus IMOS
* Onsite parking available.
* Rotary endo, digital X-rays, Computerised.
All dentists must be GDC registered, have an active performer number and a valid DBS check.
