At Talent Finder, we're growing fast and looking for a Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our professional services division. You'll focus on technical recruitment across the UK, managing the full process from client onboarding to placement — without the endless cold calling or lead chasing.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and onboard them smoothly
Running the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and professional roles
Using your headhunting and sourcing skills to find the right people
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Collaborating with our internal team so you can focus on delivery and results
What We're Looking For
You've got proven 360 experience in technical or professional recruitment — ideally legal, finance, engineering or similar. A minimum of 4 years of experience within the Perm Market
You know how to manage clients confidently and deliver a great experience
You're a relationship-builder who prefers quality over quantity
You're proactive, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail
You're looking for a role where you can focus on what you're best at — recruiting
