* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
* Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify areas of process improvement and advise within the business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Proven experience in an Account Management, sales or client-facing role within the property industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
