The Role:
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home.
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, child-centred, trauma-informed care.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete).
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD home.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills.
* Resilient, motivated, and passionate about improving the lives of young people.
